Our Founder
Cheryl Laws and her team have created an organization founded on integrity, transparency, hard work, and dedication. A recovery culture has been established that emphasizes growth, learning and development. Cheryl believes that people are the greatest asset and that providing a great work environment, learning new skills, and being accountable help employees achieve their long-term goals. Cheryl and her board focus on staff support and development to inspire their team to become the best versions of themselves. Working together with an amazing staff and board, Cheryl strives to improve her community and make recovery more sustainable in West Virginia.
